A: No, we are sorry you cannot get a refund.
Q: Can a colleague and I share a login?
A: Your login is unique and cannot be shared. However, if you have a friend who will watch the lectures with you, only one person will be granted a certificate of completion. The one who earns the certificate is the one who will be eligible to attend the Workshop.
Q: Can I skip modules?
A: No, you cannot skip modules. The modules are designed to be systematic, to be listened to one after the other.
Q: How long do I have access to the lectures?
A: You have access to each module for one week. You may watch it at your own pace. At the completion of each module, you will be asked to register for the next module.
For one-time-payment registrants, you will be given access to all 5 modules for one month.
Q: What are modules and what are lectures?
A: There are 5 modules in PEDOCOP Theory. Each module has several lectures. Each module is designed to focus on one particular area. For example, the first module is INVESTIGATE. The lectures included in this module are all about looking into the child and how to make a proper assessment and diagnosis. Therefore, the lectures included are the rights of the child, the cognitive development of the child, caries risk assessment, caries progression and diagnosis of the pulp. Q: What are the requirements for me to listen to the lectures?
A: To listen to the lectures, all you need is a gadget with an internet access (laptop, tablet, smartphone), with a minimum internet speed of 5 Mbps. We suggest a big screen so you will be able to read the slides well. We also suggest that you listen to the lectures in a quiet place so you will be able to focus and take down notes, if necessary.

A: All PEDOCOP Theory lectures were pre-recorded by the PDC consultants. You can listen to the lectures online wherever you are, as long as you have an internet access.
Q: What is PEDOCOP Theory and PEDOCOP Workshop?
A: PEDOCOP Theory consists of all lectures which you will listen to online. PEDOCOP Workshop is a hands-on workshop, as you get a first-hand experience on managing children at PDCP and doing dental procedures on them.
You are only eligible to enroll in the PEDOCOP Workshop after you have completed all modules of the PEDOCOP Theory. You will be given a certificate of completion at the end of all the modules.
